Shipping policy
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY:
As we approach the Christmas period it’s possible that there will be delays to the Royal Mail delivery service as they are so much busier than usual. Most orders will arrive on time but some might arrive a bit later. Please have patience, your order will be on its way. Allow up to 4 working days for 1st class and up to 7 working days for 2nd class deliveries.
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do until this time has passed. If your order is urgent, please select the guaranteed next day delivery option. If your order has not arrived after this time period please email at info@the-teashed.co.uk with your order number and we will look into this for you.
SHIPPING
Free shipping Orders over £30 – 2nd Class, 2-3 days, (Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer).
2nd Class Tracked – £3.49, 2-3 working days. (Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer) Tracking will be sent to mobile / email address provided.
1st Class Tracked – £4.49, 1-2 days, (Royal Mail advise it can occasionally take a little longer) Tracking will be sent to mobile / email address provided.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery – £10.99, next day delivery - order before 11am / Tracking will be sent to mobile / email address provided.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Monday - Friday (9am to 5pm) - order before 11am for same day despatch
Closed Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays - Orders placed after 11am on Friday will be despatched the following monday
Please do not email to ask if your order can sent same day, when your order will be despatched or when it will arrive. All orders are despatched as soon as possible. Royal mail provide guidance for how long delivery will take but we can't provide an exact day of delivery.
Please also be aware that delivery estimates start from the day after the date of despatch.
Courier Working Days
Royal Mail: Monday - Saturday DHL (over 2kg): Monday - Friday Deliveries will not be made by our couriers outside of working days.TRACKING SHOWING DELIVERED :
If your Royal Mail tracking is showing your order has been delivered but it has not. Please check the following before contacting us:- Received by another member of your household
- Left with a neighbour
- Left in a safe place
- Taken to your local delivery office (royal mail do not always leave a calling card)
